Here’s How!

If you want to check your vehicle’s history and it is equipped with iDrive, you can access it by navigating to Vehicle Information -> Vehicle Status -> Service Requirements -> Service History. On the left of the page you can find visuals that show you each step. If your car was built after March 2009, you will also be able to see the dates of the last performed care and what was done.

Here are a few more ways you can get access to your vehicle’s history:

  • You can check also the status of your car through the BMW website. Simply login and navigate to the ‘MyVehicle’ tab. Find your car’s VIN number in this list, and click on it. This will open up a PDF document with all of the maintenance information for your specific vehicle.
Here you will be able to see all of the important information regarding your vehicle, such as upcoming service appointments and maintenance history.
  • Another solution with newer models is the ConnectedDrive app. This app is available for both iOS and Android devices. Once you login, you will be able to see all of the same information as on the website.
  • A great reminder to you can check the warranty information. This will let you know if there are any remaining coverage or benefits that come with. Along with checking the vehicle health report. This will give you an overview of the condition and any potential issues that need to be addressed.
